RETURNS:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and need to return an item, we offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for regular items. All flash sale and special discount items are final sale and may not be returned.

For US customers, a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you on all approved exchanges and returns. The charge for the label will be deducted from your refund. We will send you an email once we receive the item to confirm your return. Once it is approved, we will refund your original method of payment once the item is received. Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to appear.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and in the same condition you received it, including the original tags and packaging.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PIECE THAT HAS BEEN PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOMIZED.

Final Sale Items + Custom Orders may not be returned.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
